Terms of Use
The following are the terms and conditions set by Pillars of Excellence, explaining how we provide services and mutual expectations, which include classes, online courses, mentoring, and FREE resources.
Accepting the terms of use is required before registering for classes, courses, and virtual mentoring.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of use policy as needed and without notice.
Upon registering and completing the payment process, you will immediately have access to your online course. Access to the course itself is available until successful completion. Resources will remain available indefinitely.
Your account and profile are available for three years. It will list the courses you have completed and still have in the queue. Courses are available one year from the date of purchase.
Each course provides a syllabus, a voice-over embedded in the course, and transcripts of videos, text, and media. If you need other accommodation for learning, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to meet your request.
Using our Materials
It is your responsibility to secure your login information and password.
Access to your account and courses cannot be shared with anyone else unless released with permission by Pillars of Excellence LLC.
There are many free-use documents, articles, and materials. These will be listed as open source for personal use or groups in a non-commercial setting.
You may not copy, modify, transmit, distribute, or in any way use the products or any other copyrighted materials provided other than for your individual training needs unless you have received written permission from Pillars of Excellence LLC. If permission is given, you must leave the Pillars of Excellence LLC information and logo on whatever you use.
All right, titles, and interest in intellectual property rights relating to products including copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, improvements, developments, proprietary information, know-how, processes, methods, business plans or models (including computer software and preparatory and design materials thereof) and all other intellectual property (whether registered or not) developed or created on this website shall be exclusively owned by Pillars of Excellence LLC.
No part of the website(s) may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed, or performed for commercial use.
All materials are as is and without warranties. Whether expressed or implied. We do not promise that the materials will be error-free or have technical difficulties.
If you find an error or experience technical difficulties, we will try to straighten them out.
We are not liable to you in any way for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any character, including without limitation damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, loss of data, loss of productivity or contract or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
Registration and Training Policies
Enrollment and refund policy
Pre-registration and payment are required for all training and services.
All registrations must be completed online unless otherwise posted.
Refunds are available if requested within 72 hours. Or credit can be given for another course or service within five working days if requested.
Non-initiated purchased courses will be available for six months from the date of purchase.
Refunds and credit will not be given once the course or service has been started or after a face-to-face or virtual class has been completed.
There is a $30.00 return check fee, and postdated checks are not allowed. If your check or payment is returned, your course will be frozen until a successful payment has been completed.
Special Learning Needs
All our classes and services are currently only in English.
Each course provides a syllabus and a voice-over embedded in the course. If you need other accommodations for learning, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to meet your request.

Review How to navigate our courses at the beginning of each module successfully.
You need our consent to transfer the rights of your purchased course to someone else. It is at the discretion of the Pillars of Excellence staff to transfer the course to another person.
The privacy statement is available at the bottom of the front page. Each student is encouraged to read the privacy statement and call the office if they have any questions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Washington, United States of America, and you can bring legal proceedings in the Washington courts.
