Purchases & Refunds

Payments must be a credit card, and go through the shop and PayPal processing.

Refunds are available up to 72 hours after purchase if you have not started the course.

Redeem your digital coupon during the payment process when ordering your course.

If you have a STARs number make sure it is in your profile or the process cannot be completed in a timely fashion. If you aren't sure email your STARs number to us at contact@starsnsparks.com

Our courses are available to the global community with a few exceptions.

Course Information

Account names are fixed and cannot be changed.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Click the unsubscribe button on the email. If that fails connect with us at contact@starsnsparks.com.

You can change your password in your profile.
Or click the forgot password at the sign in page.

Certain courses will only be available for credit for a specific time period. So, take the course you ordered soon after purchase.

Our courses are accredited through the Trainer. Trainers are approved to offer courses for credit in Oregon, Texas and Washington.
If you download the syllabus and outline you may be able to get approval through your accrediting organization.

eCertificate

An eCertificate will be available once you successfully complete a course and pass with 80%

STARs/MERIT Posting Completions

Your course will be registered in MERIT as complete by our staff. Make sure you put your STARs id in your profile. Or email it to us at contact@starsnsparks.com Courses are validated for completion before they can be entered in MERIT.
